My name is Melanie and I am Ashtanga Yogini. Yoga has changed my entire life for the better. I started doing yoga back then when I was not feeling particularly well physically and mentally. I was looking for a way how I could manage to help myself and get well without medication and medical help - regardless of our health system, to which I simply did not want to be bound. I have read about the fact that the body is always able to activate and heal its self-healing powers. This works wonderfully with yoga.
Yoga for the body
Because of my scoliosis, I had to do three times a week Physical therapy. Through yoga I managed to become completely pain-free. I've been doing yoga for over 12 years now and haven't regretted a day of it. I have a job in an advertising agency that usually entails a hectic and stressful everyday life. In yoga, the ligaments and muscles are stretched and tension is released. With yoga we can counteract these shortenings, especially through sitting activities, and create a lot of space again.

Auch Pain can be taken in the back and neck area. My favorite pineapples are the crow, as they are quite a lot Strength and balance brings and the candle. In this exercise we turn our entire body upside down, doing this for the complete organism has a rejuvenating effect.
Yoga for the mind
Through yoga we can more balanced and relaxed to become. By Stress and a hectic day-to-day life can also often lead to a carousel of thought. Thoughts on the past, thoughts on the future. Thought structures that may not always be really good for us. We can stop this through yoga.
Through the asanas we concentrate on the breathing, the pranayamas, and are completely in the here and now. Yoga is not only good for flexibility, but also good for the mind. Yoga brings us back to ourselves in our midst. After every yoga class you are a little more with yourself again.
Yoga for Life
It has been proven several times that yoga is good for body and mind. The nice thing about yoga is that you can transfer what you have learned in yoga into your everyday life and your life, or you will do this automatically.
In yoga we learn to accept our body as it is. We can adopt this thesis in our life and can learn to accept situations in our life as they are. Always according to the motto: It is what it is and it is just so right and good. Patience, mindfulness, acceptance, letting go and most of all Self love we can take over into our lives through yoga. A wonderful way to find yourself again and to accept and love you as you are.
Yoga can be started at any age, no matter how flexible or, above all, immobile you are. To this day there are still a lot of false advantages that one has with Yoga yes, only OHHHMMs would blow in the air and esoterically sit in a circle. But that is far from the truth. Perhaps you will get a picture of yoga yourself and try it out. I hope I was able to convince you a little about the positive benefits of yoga and would of course be very happy to welcome you to my Yoga & Lifestle blog magazine.
